I make enough money to pay all the bills with these sites. For me, it was so difficult getting started. Where do you start making money on line? There were so many options.

It took a lot of looking and a lot of trial and error, but I have found several really great sites. And all these sites are free to join. Also, I have proof that these sites pay like pics of checks I have been paid, a 1099 Tax form, etc.

One thing I have learned: Never join a work at home program or opportunity that wants you to pay up front. If they were making that much money, they wouldn't need to charge you.

Oh, I absolutely agree. I think you should limit it to quality examples only, like general money making tips and methods where people can show proof, details, and also offer guidance and help to others.

Oh--and I just started my own group as you suggested. Great idea Amy! I created a group for others like myself who make a living online. I'm hoping we can share some helpful information.

Thanks for the link to your blog. There are a lot of sites on there that I'm definitely interested in checking out as a way of making a bit of extra cash. The only thing is I never really have people to send referrals to and was wondering what kind of solution you would have for that sort of problem? I imagine there is some kind of practice that pros do in that sort of situation that I'm just unaware of.

I'd do a lot more things like that if I'd have referrals, too. When I *do* have a few, they turn out to be not active (like my referrals on MyLot... ONE of the 12 is active a wee little bit.)

Getting referrals can take work and getting active referrals is a bit more of a challenge. I have found a lot of people sign up and then never do anything. Maybe they find out there is some work involved? Or that it isn't the right opportunity for them?

Posting in different places (like Social Networks for instance) is one good way to get some exposure. You might want to create a website too like Amy did. A good website or blog can get a bit of traffic from search engines and that always helps. Also, some of my friends are my best referrals. When I showed them my checks and they saw proof, they wanted to join and make money too.
