I am writing an article on how the American society would be if it was a debt-free society. For that purpose, i need to talk to any experts on the topic, and any people that have stopped using credit cards or that have never owned one. This project is part of a bigger project on credit cards and investments in the U.S.
If any of you is willing to talk to me about their personal experience, please send me a post or an email to: jihaneac@hotmail.com
I haven't used credit cards in the last 27 months, and you know what, I'm doing fine without them. There's an idea, just pay cash and you won't need them. Let me know if you have any specific quetions, and I will try to answer them.
Thank you for replying to my question. Do you by any chance live in the Washington D.C. metro area? I will be doing a documentary on the topic and will have to film any people I interview. So if you live here, and you're interested, please let me know.
Like many here, I used to have credit cards and now I do not. I've decided now that hotels and car rental places will take debit, plus you can just go buy a visa card for one time purchases, credit cards are not worth the trouble or the temptation.
