- I'm a single mom with a teenage son and a six year old pomeranian who has to serve as my only daughter. I am currently in a long term relationship. My boyfriend is a kidney transplant reciepient, working on his degree.
- Why I Want to Be Debt Free
- Between student loan debt that isn't really paying off and debt "inherited" from my marriage, I'm drowning in it. I'm not behind anymore, but one incident--like a major car breakdown or a layoff--would bring me to my financial knees. On top of that, my boyfriend's health situation makes his income situation unreliable. I want to get out of debt and eventually financially independent.
